Greg Barnes, a 1985 fine art graduate of Wake Forest, lives and works out of Charlotte, North Carolina.  He favors plein air painting with pastels for its vibrancy, spontaneity, and impressionistic qualities.  His work can be found at Chroma Gallery, Savannah, GA and he also participates in juried art festivals around the country, where he has received numerous awards.
